We enjoy having this on a night without the kids. Warming, filling, and an easy mid-week dinner.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/gas 4.
- In a frying pan, fry the sausages for 5-10 minutes until browned. Then put in a large roasting tray.
- Add the onion, bacon and celery to the pan and fry for around 5 minutes until beginning to soften, then add to the roasting tray with the cherry tomatoes.
- Pour over the stock and arrange everything nicely.
- Cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes (remember to add the ciabata for the last 10-15 mins).
- Serve in large bowls, with the ciabata on the side.
