Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170°C
- Chop the dates, then put them in a small bowl and just cover with boiling water. Leave for a few minutes.
- Mash the bananas in a bowl, then mix in all the other ingredients
- Stir in the dates, including their water
- Pour the mixture into a lined, 20cm square baking tin and spread evenly
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes
- When you remove the flapjacks from the oven, cut them into squares and leave in the tin to cool completely
