Instructions

  1. Put the rice in a saucepan on a high heat with a little oil and cook, stirring for a few minutes.
  2. Add 500ml boiling water, give it a stir, put a lid on and turn the heat right down. Leave to simmer away for around 10 minutes, or until the water has all been absorbed, then take off the heat.
  3. Put a wok on a medium heat, add some oil, and fry the spring onions and peas for a few minutes.
  4. Crack in the eggs and stir fry until scrambled.
  5. Tip in the cooked rice and the soy sauce, stir fry for a few minutes and serve.
